Built around the hydroformed alloy 6061 frame inspired by Orbea's mountain bike expertise, the Muga delivers go-anywhere handling through carefully designed active geometry that positions riders between the wheels for ideal weight distribution and natural control. The mixed-wheel configuration pairs a 29" front wheel with 27.5" rear wheel for nimble handling that remains confidence-inspiring even when fully loaded, while the integrated 600Wh Bosch Powertube battery reduces weight and positions power deep in the frame for quick reflexes and stability.
The capable suspension system combines a 120mm SR Suntour Mobie34 air fork with a custom-tuned Fox Float Performance shock featuring 115mm rear travel and a lockout switch, striking the perfect balance between comfort, control, and efficiency. Orbea's patented adjustable cockpit offers four positions using just four accessible bolts—higher positions for upright comfort and surroundings awareness, lower positions for traditional mountain bike control on rougher tracks, with shorter or longer options for fine-tuning fit.
The powerful Bosch Performance Line Speed CX motor delivers six times the strength of average riders with smooth, responsive support reaching 28mph, featuring four assistance levels controlled through the clear Bosch display with built-in mapping function. The Bosch Flow app enables fine-tuning assistance levels and accessing security features including remote motor lock. The handlebar-mounted dropper post remote adds comfort and control for descents or mounting with loaded cargo.
