Gathered full and and flowing in tulle and lace.
Scalloped hem with a pleated ruffle peaking out from under.
Gorgeous.
Excellent condition. Cleaned. A break or two in the lace. Not noticeable. Minor wear to the lace around the neck.

Last pic shows the inside of the bodice which would be very easy to alter.
