An added benefit is the actual mood lifting effect of the rosebuds and lavender buds, aiding in the ability to clear your mind. We have thrown in some super beneficial echinacea and Chinese oolong tea, making Jade Temple a compelling tea to have on hand for whenever you need to have a unique, flavorful brew to relax with.

Makes 30 cups per pouch!

BREWING TIPS:
Place 2 heaping teaspoons in a tea vessel, and brew with 10 to 11 ounces of boiling water. Steep with a lid on to keep the heat in and extract more flavor. Steep approximately 1.5 minutes. Re-steep your second cup for 3 to 5 minutes.
